This Privacy Policy explains how Stoneity Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“Stoneity”, “we”) processes personal data when you play DISCADE on iPhone, iPad or Android and when you visit https://discade.stoneity.com. If anything is unclear, write to us at info@stoneity.com.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Stoneity Yazılım Anonim Şirketi, İçerenköy Mahallesi Üsküdar-İçerenköy Yolu Caddesi Bodur İş Merkezi, 34752 Ataşehir/İstanbul, Türkiye. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@stoneity.com.
We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its UK and Swiss equivalents.
At a glance
- There is no account. You never give us your name, email address or a password to play.
- The game works offline. Your progress, coins and settings are saved on your device. If you sign in to Game Center, a copy is also kept in your iCloud account. We have no server of our own that stores them.
- On Android, the same applies to Google Play Games and your Google account.
- If you sign in to Game Center, Apple handles your achievements and leaderboard scores, and other players can see your Game Center nickname and scores.
- The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before ads are personalised, and on iPhone and iPad you decide whether the app may track you.
- When the game crashes, a crash report without your name goes to Google's Firebase Crashlytics so we can fix the problem. You can turn this off in the game's settings.
- To improve the game, usage statistics without your name, such as which levels are played and for how long, go to Google Analytics for Firebase. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this only happens with your consent. You can turn it off in the game's settings.
- Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. We never see your payment details.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Information we process
This table lists everything the game and the services built into it process.
| Category | What it includes | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress and settings | Your levels and stars, coins, boosters, lives, daily rewards, purchases you own, tutorial progress, your settings (sound, vibration, language, reduce motion, crash reports, usage statistics) and a random identifier the game creates on first launch. | Stays on your device, and in your device's own backup (iCloud, Google) if you use one. While you are signed in to Game Center, a copy is also stored in your iCloud account (cloud save). It never reaches us. |
| Game Center | If you sign in: your Game Center player account (managed by Apple), the achievements you unlock, your scores on two leaderboards (total stars and total towers toppled) and the cloud save described above. The game shows your Game Center nickname in its settings but does not store your player ID or send it anywhere. | Apple, under your Apple ID. Other Game Center players see your nickname and scores on the leaderboards. |
| Google Play Games | If you sign in on Android: your Play Games profile (managed by Google), the achievements you unlock, your leaderboard scores and a cloud save with the same content. | Google, under your Google account. Other Play Games players see your name and scores on the leaderboards. |
| Advertising data | Collected by Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform: your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone and iPad only if you allow tracking), an app-specific device identifier, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, the ads you see and tap, app and device information, and your consent choice. | Google, to show and measure ads, prevent fraud and remember your consent choice. |
| Crash reports | When the game crashes or meets an error: the technical trace of the error, the state of the app, your device model and system version, random installation identifiers created by Firebase, and the app version, build number, build type (store or test build), language and level being played. No name, no account and no advertising identifier. | Google Firebase Crashlytics, so we can find and fix problems. |
| Usage statistics | Events in the game, such as starting, finishing or leaving a level (with the level, stars and moves), boosters used, daily rewards, ads watched and purchases (product and price, no payment details); when sessions start and how long they last; your device model, system version, app version, language and approximate location (country or region, derived from your IP address); a random app installation identifier created by Firebase. No name, no account and no advertising identifier. | Google Analytics for Firebase, so we can see how the game is played and improve it. |
| Purchases | What you buy, the transaction identifier and the store's receipt. The game checks the receipt on your device. | Processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The game keeps a record on your device; we receive no payment details. |
| Error log | A small file on your device with the technical details of recent errors in the game. | Stays on your device and is never sent automatically. It is only shared if you send it to us in a support email. |
| Support emails | What you write to us, your email address and, if you use the button in the game, the app version, device model, system version, language and the end of the error log, which you can read and change before sending. | Us, only if you decide to send the email. |
The game does not ask for or collect your name, contacts, photos, precise location, camera or microphone.

Advertising and your consent
DISCADE is free because it shows ads: optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for a reward, and full-screen ads between levels. There are no banner ads. The ads are provided by Google AdMob, which processes the data it collects under its own privacy policy.
- Consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and wherever else the law requires it, the game shows Google's consent form before ads are requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings with Privacy options.
- iPhone and iPad. After the consent form, the app asks through Apple's App Tracking Transparency whether it may use your device's advertising identifier. If you decline, it is not used, and you can still play. You can change this in the Settings app under Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Without consent you still see ads, but they are not personalised based on your activity in other apps and websites. Google may still use limited data to deliver and count ads and to prevent fraud.
- Content. We have limited ads in the game to content suitable for a general audience (rating PG).
- Remove ads removes the ads between levels. Rewarded ads stay available for when you want a reward.
Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and on how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Crash reports
Builds from the App Store and Google Play send a report to Google Firebase Crashlytics when the game crashes or meets an error, as long as Send crash reports is on in Settings. It is on by default.
A report tells us where in the code the problem happened and on which kind of device, so we can fix it. We never attach your name, an account or your advertising identifier to it.
When you turn Send crash reports off, the game stops collecting reports and deletes the ones it has not sent yet.
Usage statistics
Builds from the App Store and Google Play send usage statistics to Google Analytics for Firebase while Send usage statistics is on in Settings. It is on by default. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, nothing is sent until you agree in Google's consent form to information being stored on your device and to content performance being measured.
The statistics show us how the game is played, for example which levels are too hard, where players stop and how long they play, so we can improve the levels. We never attach your name, an account or your advertising identifier to them, and they are not used for advertising.
When you turn Send usage statistics off or withdraw your consent in Privacy options, the game stops sending statistics.
Game Center and cloud save
On iPhone and iPad, DISCADE uses Apple Game Center. When the game starts, it asks Game Center to sign you in; if you are already signed in to Game Center on your device, this happens without a prompt. You can play without signing in.
On Android, DISCADE uses Google Play Games in the same way.
- Achievements and leaderboards. The game reports the achievements you unlock and your totals for two leaderboards, stars earned and towers toppled. Other players, such as your Game Center friends, can see your nickname and scores there.
- Cloud save. While you are signed in, the game keeps a copy of your saved game in your iCloud account as a Game Center saved game and merges it with your device when the game starts, when it comes back to the foreground and shortly after you play. The copy contains your progress, coins, boosters, lives, settings, the purchases you own and the game's random identifier. It goes to Apple, not to us.
- Your player ID. The game shows your Game Center nickname in Settings, but does not store your player ID or send it anywhere else.
- Stopping. Sign out of Game Center in the Settings app to stop achievements, leaderboards and the cloud save.
Apple processes this data under its own privacy policy: see Apple's Privacy Policy.
Google processes Play Games data under Google's Privacy Policy.
Who receives data
We do not sell your personal data. Data reaches only these recipients, and only as far as they need it:
- Google: AdMob and the User Messaging Platform for ads and consent, Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports and Google Play for purchases made on Android.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: usage statistics, while you keep them on.
- Apple: the App Store for purchases made on iPhone and iPad, App Tracking Transparency, and Game Center and iCloud if you sign in to Game Center.
- Google Play Games: achievements, leaderboards and the cloud save on Android if you sign in.
- Cloudflare: visits to this website pass through Cloudflare's network, which delivers and protects it.
- Authorities: when we are legally required to, or to protect the rights and safety of players and Stoneity.
Apple and Google also act under their own privacy policies for the stores and your device. See Apple's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
International transfers
Google, Apple and Cloudflare process data in many countries, including the United States and member states of the European Union. When data leaves Türkiye, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this relies on the safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses, or on your explicit consent where the law requires it.
How long data is kept
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Game progress, settings and the error log on your device | Until you delete the app (or remove them from your device's backup) |
| Cloud save, achievements and leaderboard scores (Game Center) | In your Apple account until you delete them or the account; Apple's policies apply |
| Cloud save, achievements and leaderboard scores (Google Play Games) | In your Google account until you delete them or the account; Google's policies apply |
| Crash reports and the identifiers in them | 90 days, then Google deletes them (Firebase) |
| Usage statistics | Individual events for 2 months; the installation identifier and the data linked to it until 14 months after you last play; then Google deletes them. Totals in reports, which identify no one, can be kept longer (Google Analytics) |
| Advertising data | As set out in Google's retention policy |
| Purchase records | Kept by Apple or Google under their own policies; the record on your device until you delete the app |
| Support emails | As long as we need them to answer you and handle any follow-up, then deleted |
| Website server logs | In logs limited to 30 MB that are overwritten automatically |
Deleting your data
There is no account with us to delete. Deleting the app removes your progress, settings and the error log from your device. If your device's backup contains the game, you can remove it there as well.
The cloud save stays in your iCloud account after you delete the app; you can remove it in your device's iCloud storage settings. Your achievements and leaderboard scores belong to your Game Center account, which Apple manages.
With Google Play Games, the cloud save, achievements and scores are in your Google account; you can delete them in the Play Games settings.
Crash reports do not contain your name and we cannot tell which reports are yours, so they are deleted automatically after 90 days. To stop sending them, turn off Send crash reports in Settings.
Usage statistics do not contain your name and we cannot tell which ones are yours, so they are deleted automatically: individual events after 2 months, the installation identifier 14 months after you last play. To stop sending them, turn off Send usage statistics in Settings.
Advertising data is linked to your device's advertising identifier, not to you by name. Resetting or deleting that identifier in your device settings disconnects the ad data collected so far. For anything else, write to info@stoneity.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- find out whether we process your data and receive a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict processing, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before
- find out who received your data, including abroad, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
Under the KVKK these are your rights in Article 11. To use any of them, write to info@stoneity.com. Because we hold no account and no data that names you, most requests are best met with the choices in the game and on your device described above; we explain what we can do in each case. We reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), or the authority in the country of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom where you live.
If you live in a US state with a privacy law: we do not sell personal data. You can stop ads from being personalised by turning off ad personalisation or tracking in your device settings.
Children
DISCADE is made for teenagers and adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under the age of digital consent in their country. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The game has no server of its own. The services built into it (ads, crash reports, Game Center) send their data encrypted. Your saved progress is protected against damage and tampering. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data, and where the law requires it we will inform you and the authorities of a breach.
This website
https://discade.stoneity.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no content from other websites; even its fonts come from our own server. Your language choice is saved in your browser's storage on your device and is never sent to us. As with any website, our server and Cloudflare receive your IP address and the pages you open, which we use only to deliver and protect the site.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the game or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change significantly affects how your data is used, we will also tell you in the app.
