Frequently asked questions

Where is my progress saved? What happens when I change phones?

There is no account in DISCADE. Your levels, stars, coins, boosters, lives and settings are saved on your phone or tablet.

On iPhone and iPad, sign in to Game Center and the game also keeps a copy of your progress in your iCloud account (Cloud save in Settings). Sign in to Game Center with the same Apple ID on your new iPhone or iPad and your progress comes back.

On Android, sign in to Google Play Games and the game keeps a copy in your Google account in the same way; sign in with the same Google account on your new phone.

Your phone's own backup also moves them to a new device: an iCloud backup or Quick Start on iPhone and iPad, Google's backup or device transfer on Android. A transfer between iPhone and Android is not possible.

If you delete the app, the progress on that device is deleted with it; the cloud save or your phone's backup can bring it back.

How do I get my purchases back?

Open Settings (the gear on the home screen) and tap Restore purchases; the Shop has the same button. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

This restores Remove ads. Coins and the Starter Pack are used up when you receive them: they are part of your saved progress and come back with the cloud save or your phone's backup, not with this button.

How do I remove ads?

Buy Remove ads in the Shop. It is a one-time purchase that removes the ads between levels for good.

Rewarded ads stay available, but you only watch them when you choose to, for example for +3 Moves or an extra life. There are no banner ads.

What are Game Center achievements and leaderboards?

On iPhone and iPad, sign in to Game Center to unlock achievements, compare your total stars and the towers you have toppled on leaderboards, and back up your progress. Open them with Achievements and Leaderboards in Settings.

On Android, Google Play Games offers the same.

Other Game Center players can see your Game Center nickname and your scores on the leaderboards. You can play without signing in.

How do I change my ad and privacy choices?

  • Consent for ads: where the law asks for it, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, open Settings and tap Privacy options. The row only appears where such a choice exists.
  • iPhone and iPad: to allow or stop tracking, open the Settings app, then Privacy & Security › Tracking.
  • Android: to reset or delete your advertising ID, open the Settings app, then Privacy or Google › Ads.
  • Game Center: to stop achievements, leaderboards and the cloud save, sign out of Game Center in the Settings app.
  • Google Play Games: to stop them on Android, sign out in the Play Games settings.
  • Crash reports: turn Send crash reports on or off in Settings.
  • Usage statistics: turn Send usage statistics on or off in Settings.

The privacy policy explains what each choice changes.

How do I change the language?

Open Settings and tap Language. The game follows your phone's language until you pick one.

How do I report a bug?

Open Settings and tap Contact support. Your mail app opens with a message to us that already contains the app version, your device model, its system version, the game's language and the end of the game's error log. You can read and change everything before you send it.

Tell us what happened, in which level, and add a screenshot or a screen recording if you can.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app: your saved progress and the game's error log on your device are deleted with it. There is no account with us to close.

The cloud save stays in your iCloud account when you delete the app; you can remove it in your device's iCloud storage settings. Game Center achievements and scores belong to your Game Center account, which Apple manages.

With Google Play Games, the cloud save, achievements and scores are in your Google account; you can delete them in the Play Games settings.

Crash reports that were already sent do not name you and are deleted automatically after 90 days. Turn off Send crash reports to stop sending them.

Usage statistics that were already sent do not name you and are deleted automatically: events after 2 months, the installation identifier 14 months after you last play. Turn off Send usage statistics to stop sending them.

Ad data is handled by Google; reset or delete your advertising ID as described above. For anything else, write to info@stoneity.com.
